If your order is received before 12 noon Central Standard Time on: Your order will be delivered approximately in 2-3 workind days.

We are not a giant corporation but rather a friendly family owned business, with loyal employees who are interested in filling your order the best we can.
Your order will be filled exactly as ordered whenever possible. However, if a shortage of a certain item does necessitate a substitution, we reserve the right to substitute. In which case we guarantee an equal or greater value.
Our Guarantee
If you are unhappy with an item please email us, service@kitchenwaredepot.com . Include your Order #, Name, Phone # and an explanation for the problem. A Customer Service Specialist will contact you within 1-2 business days.
Damaged:
Refunds or replacements will only be given if your order comes damaged. Claims must be made within 8 days of receipt of package. All packaging should be kept in case the shipping company needs to inspect the package.
Late Delivery:
If your order arrives late due to a shipping company (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) delay you will be credited for shipping charges. This does NOT apply to delays due to weather or delivery attempts that are unsuccessful.
Holiday Delivery:
During peak times, deliveries may take one additional day to arrive. This affects the week prior to the following Holidays: Christmas, Valentine´s Day, Mother´s Day and Father´s Day.
You are ordering a perishable product. In the event the recipient is unavailable, the shipping company will leave the package in a safe place. Once delivered kitchenwaredepot.com is not responsible for delivery to the individual recipient.
Wrong Addresses:
Incorrect shipping information may result in the product NOT being delivered on the designated day. The cost of any reshipped products due to incorrect address information is the buyer’s responsibility. Therefore, please double check all shipping information carefully, especially zip code information.
If you are sending our breads to a business, including hotels, please be aware that the shipping company may deliver the product to a shipping and receiving department. It is a good idea to let your recipient or someone at the business know that they should be expecting a perishable package. Kitchenwaredepot is not responsible if the business is closed and Federal Express is unable to deliver the order.
